1. The service

AI Council orchestrates parallel queries to multiple AI providers (Gemini, Groq/Llama, OpenRouter/GPT-OSS, plus synthesis models on paid tiers) and returns a synthesized verdict.

2. Acceptable use

• You retain ownership of your questions and the verdicts produced.
• You must comply with the terms of each AI provider whose API key you bring (Free tier) or use through us (paid tiers).
• You will not use the service to generate illegal content, hate speech, or content that violates third-party rights.
• You will not attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the council pipeline beyond what's publicly documented.

3. Subscription + billing

Paid tiers bill monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime in /app/billing — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds. We do offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid subscriptions.

4. Rate limits

Each tier has a monthly run quota (25 / 100 / 250 / 600 / 1500). Free tier additionally requires you to provide your own API keys.

5. Service availability

We target 99% uptime but make no SLA guarantees. Status page: /status.

6. Liability

The verdicts produced are AI-generated guidance, not professional advice. You are responsible for your decisions. Maximum liability: amount paid in the prior 12 months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate anytime. We will delete your data within 30 days of account deletion.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, where 313 AI Agency operates.
